I feel terrible about the neglected state of our plants. Been very busy in Taipei so spending very little time here, and unfortunately our caretaker is not much of a green thumb.

Despite the neglect, the native plants are quite resilient. Like this mulberry.

The guava

Two bunches of banana

Several lemon trees. They are not growing beautifully as tree goes but each will yield say 10 lemons each season. This is the thick skin oblong shaped lemons.

The big Taiwanese guava

I don’t know if these are mandarin 茂谷柑 or lemons. This is the first time they bear fruits.

The turmeric is flowering again. I gave them all away last year but this year, will keep them some for my own use.
