I have a small bushy stevia plant in my garden but we also grow a lot of them in the herbal farm. Normally I would use the stevia from the garden for my herbal tea, mixed with a variety of mints and marigold. The fresh stevia leaves steeped in water make the liquid yellowish in colour. This morning, I use some from the herbal farm and was surprised by the colour, a rich emerald green. I am not sure if the green colour is due to the soil conditions of the two places. Need to conduct further experiment.
