If you like soya drink, you’ll love this shop, right across the road from Taidong Market. It always has a crowd of people at the entrance but don’t be put off by the queue. Go right inside and there are always seats available. you’ll find the best soya milk and savoury soya (鹹豆漿). They normally sell out by about 9am so go early.

Back in Taipei, P and I trekked all the way across town to Huashan (華山) to try supposedly the best soya milk place in Taipei. To our disappointment, it was absolutely no match to this little place in Taidong.
