Coming back from Paris, I used mileage points to treat ourselves to Cathay’s first class. What I love the most about the first class service?
The business and first class nowadays is designed to provide personal space, which is annoying for couples who want to stay together. Cathay’s first class allows us to dine together. The cabin crew will gladly set the table up, even provide a fresh orchid as decoration.
The pyjamas and the made-up bed with duvet (in cotton sheet) are a nice touch.
The best dessert – fresh berries with ice cream and a honey-cream sauce.
